Delete your account

Deleting your account erases your profile, food diary, products, dishes, weight log, achievements, mascot, progress photos stored in the cloud and your sign-in — from our servers and from the phone. It can’t be undone.

In the app

1. Open ZHEVAT and go to Profile.
2. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm with Delete forever.

Want a copy first? Use Profile → Export data before deleting.

Without the app

Email privacy@zhevat.com from the address you sign in with (for Apple or Google sign-in, tell us which one). We delete the account and all its data within 7 days and confirm by email.

Subscriptions

Deleting the account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your store settings to stop future charges.

What may remain

Products you looked up by barcode stay in the shared product database without any link to you. Payment records kept by Apple or Google follow their own policies.
